The location of the hotel seems to be in a very cool valley, and it was quiet at night with only a few guests. the staff was helpful and even provided tea and a late-night drink in the room. the rooms were beautifully decorated in a traditional English style with comfortable beds.

Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, such as the drainage in the shower and the lack of bacon at breakfast.

Great service, amazing setting. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our city trip. The staff provided excellent service, always there to help us. The location was perfect for relaxing and the gardens were beautiful. We also loved the afternoon tea and the variety of breakfast options provided.

Isolated location and no late night dining options.

Best aspects? Stunning location surrounded by mountains and jungle that will make you feel like you're in an English garden. the hotel offers free bicycles to roam the vast hotel compound which is perfect for family rides. the buffet breakfast is quite satisfying with a wide variety of choices.

Worst aspects? There was no bathtub in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was not satisfying.
